On July 14, 2020, at approximately 10:10 pm, two teenagers were walking in a parking lot on the 3200 Block of E Airline when several subjects in a white SUV with dark tinted windows began shooting at them. One of the teens was shot and they ran into the Tanglewood Subdivision to escape. The driver of the SUV was described as a black male with long dreadlocks.

On November 13, 2020, a man attempted to register a black 2014 Chevrolet Impala at the Victoria County Tax Office. He was not allowed to and it was later discovered the vehicle he attempted to register had been stolen from a residence on the 500 block of Rattan Dr. Police later recovered the vehicle after it was abandoned in a parking lot.
On January 2, 2021 at approximately 8:20 am, two male subjects robbed a man at an apartment complex on the 4100 Block of N John Stockbauer Dr. One suspect was described as a black male wearing a dark-colored jacket and the second suspect was described as a black male wearing a red jacket. They fled from the scene and were recorded by security cameras at the complex.

On November 17, 2020 at approximately 3:30 am, officers with the Victoria Police Department responded to a business on the 7900 block of N Navarro St for a burglary alarm. When they arrived, they discovered a broken window at the business. Security cameras at a nearby business recorded a dark SUV drop off two subjects near the business just before the alarm.
On multiple occasions on November 15 and November 16, 2020 a business on the 5200 block of N John Stockbauer was broken into. During these incidents, the suspects stole a large number of remote controlled cars. The incidents may be related and on at least one occasion, a white Dodge Charger appears to be involved.

On 10/19/2020 at approximately 11:00 pm, a Victoria man was struck by a vehicle as he walked near the 1300 block of N Main St. Investigators are looking for a black Chevrolet Avalanche, Cadillac Escalade EXT, or pickup with an aftermarket sports bar accessory that mimics the Avalanche’s distinctive shape in connection with this incident.
***Update***Jose Vasquez Jr was arrested on 02/3/2021. He was critically injured when a gunfight ensued between him and arresting officers.

In cooperation with local law enforcement and the US Marshals service, Victoria Crime Stoppers is looking for information about local fugitives with felony warrants.

*** Update*** On May 10, 2020 at approximately 11:40 pm, a male subject was shot at 2107 N Ben Jordan St, Summerstone Apartments. The victim and several others were talking prior to the shooting. The suspect was described as a black male driving a gray four door vehicle.
Shortly after the shooting a man in an SUV drove up to the scene. Investigators with the Victoria Police Department are seeking to identify the man so they can interview him.
On May 9, 2020 at approximately 01:30 am, a black male wearing a mask robbed a convenience store on the 2100 block of Lone Tree Rd. The man threatened the clerk and demanded money. He ran from the store after the robbery.
On April 25, 2020 at approximately 4:00 am, a male subject committed a theft at 2303 N Main St. The man stole a “skid-steer” front-end loader and damaged fencing at the property to remove the equipment from the lot. After failed attempts to remove the loader from the area by trailer, it was left at a property off of Airline St and later recovered by police.

On April 4, 2020 at approximately 12:00 pm, two subjects used bank account information from the victim to purchase items from businesses on the 8600 Block of N Navarro St. A male subject was captured on surveillance footage making the transaction. A white or Hispanic female with purple hair was with him, just out of view.

On April 3, 2020 at approximately 7:00 pm, two subjects, attempted to break into a home on the 3200 block of Cypress St. The subjects broke a window and kicked at the door in their attempt to get into the victim’s home. Both subjects were wearing hoodies and white shoes. They were riding in a dark gray 4 door car, possibly a Hyundai Elantra, driven by a third subject.

***Updated*** On March 13, 2020 a shooting occurred at 4405 N Navarro St, Autumn Park Apartments. The shooting occurred at approximately 0250 am. Detectives with the Victoria Police Department are looking to identify the subjects in this video in connection with the shooting.
